Launch60 is a product by ELEVATE, operated under the business / brand name Elevate. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address if you sign in or create an account.
- Payment data: billing and transaction information handled by Paddle. We do not store full card details.
- Usage data: plan type, session count, platform selected, and basic service metadata needed to provide access.
- Post content: text you paste into Launch60 so the AI can generate your engagement plan.
- Support data: messages you send to support@launch60.co.
2. How we use data
We use data to provide the Service, generate AI engagement plans, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
Launch60 sends the post content you provide, selected platform, and timing information to Anthropic's API to generate your 60-minute engagement plan. We send only the information required to provide the AI output.
Anthropic processes data according to its own privacy terms. You should not paste confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information into Launch60 unless you are comfortable sending it for AI processing.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect billing details, payment method information, tax information, email address, and transaction records according to Paddle's policies. Elevate does not store full credit card details.
5. Browser storage and cookies
Launch60 may use browser localStorage to remember session count, plan status, and app preferences. We do not use advertising cookies in this package.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Launch60, including AI processing, hosting, authentication, payments, and customer support, or when required by law.
7. Retention
We keep account, subscription, and support records as needed to operate the Service and comply with legal obligations. Post content is processed to generate your plan and is not intended to be used for advertising or sold to third parties.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to processing of your personal data. To make a request, email support@launch60.co. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
10. Children
Launch60 is intended for users aged 18 and older. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
