1. Company and ownership

Launch60 (the "Service") is a digital AI engagement coaching web app owned and operated by Elevate ("we", "us", or "our"). Business / brand name: Elevate. Launch60 is a product by ELEVATE and is accessible at launch60.co.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Launch60, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Launch60 helps founders, creators, and marketers generate AI-powered engagement plans for the first 60 minutes after publishing a social media post. Users paste their post content, choose a platform, enter how many minutes have passed since publishing, and receive timed tactical suggestions.

Launch60 does not post to social media on your behalf, buy engagement, automate fake activity, or guarantee reach, revenue, followers, or any specific outcome.

4. Plans and pricing

Prices are displayed before checkout and may be updated from time to time. Taxes may be added by Paddle depending on customer location.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. Elevate does not receive or store full payment card details.

You may cancel a subscription through your Paddle receipt, Paddle customer portal if available, or by contacting us at support@launch60.co.

6. Refunds

All paid purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Launch60 for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, manipulation of platforms in violation of their terms, or artificial engagement schemes. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the Service is being abused.

8. AI-generated output

Launch60 uses third-party AI systems to generate engagement suggestions. AI output is provided for informational and planning purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on any suggestion.

9. User content

You retain ownership of post content you paste into Launch60. You grant us the limited right to process that content only as needed to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI provider for generation.

10. Privacy

Your use of Launch60 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, AI processing, payment processing, local storage, and user rights.

11. Intellectual property

The Launch60 name, brand, design, code, user interface, and related materials are owned by Elevate or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

12. No guarantee of results

Social media platform algorithms, audiences, content quality, timing, and external factors affect performance. Launch60 makes no guarantee of engagement, reach, followers, revenue, or business results.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch60 is provided "as is" and "as available." Elevate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Launch60 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
