Refund Policy

14-day full refund: all paid Launch60 purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
1. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with Launch60 Pro, contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date and we will issue a full refund.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@launch60.co with the email address used for purchase and your Paddle order number if available. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
You may also contact Paddle support through your receipt email or Paddle's customer support channels.
3. After 14 days
After the 14-day refund window, subscription charges for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Cancellations
Canceling stops future billing. It does not automatically refund charges outside the 14-day window unless required by law or approved by us as an exception.
5. Free access
Free sessions have no monetary value and are not eligible for cash refunds.
6. Abuse and chargebacks
Refunds may be refused if an account is suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions. Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
